Delegate O’Quinn Receives the VMAPAC Industrial Strength Leadership Award

ABINGDON, Friday, October 5, 2018 – The Virginia Manufacturers Association Political Action Committee (VMAPAC) and the Virginia Manufacturers Association (VMA) presented Delegate Israel O’Quinn (R-Fifth District) with the VMAPAC Industrial Strength Leadership Award at Appalachian Cast Products in Abingdon. This award is presented to Virginia Delegates and Senators who demonstrate exceptional support for a pro-manufacturing agenda as measured by their most recent legislative session voting record. Delegate O’Quinn’s voting record was weighed on 88 different VMA Priority and Defensive Priority bills throughout the 2018 legislative session. He scored a 93% on the VMA Legislative Competitiveness Scorecard.
